Nya Dehler 34 nominerad till European Yacht of The Year, EYOTY, 2017

Redan innan sin första lansering är nya Dehler 34 nominerad till European Yacht of the Year 2017 i kategorin "Performance Cruiser" och därmed fortsätter framgångssagan för den legendariska 34-modellen.

"The initial Dehler 34 was the first true performance cruiser and convinced with very good sailing performance and comfort. With the new Dehler 34, we have applied this concept to present times and are proud to present an elegant and sportive 34 feet yacht. The nomination for the European Yacht of the Year award is therefore a great honor and I am looking forward to see the new Dehler 34 on the water soon”, säger Karl Dehler, projektchef.

Chefredaktören för den tyska Yacht Magazine, ger här kommitténs motivering inför nomineringen:

"Starting with the Dehler 38, Dehler has revived the segment of Performance Cruiser like no other manufacturer in recent years. The new Dehler 34 follows the same concept. She was able to convince the jury because she is very adaptable to the wishes of her owner - from sporty cruising yacht to a racing boat. In addition, the size of 34 feet is very attractive to many sailors and the yacht has a very good price-performance ratio. This makes her one of the most interesting novelties in the model year 2016/17."

Fakta: European Yacht of the Year 2017 (EYOTY) utses för 13:e året i rad av journalister från 11 olika båttidskrifter i Europa. Varje jurymedlem testar båtar i fem olika kategorier under två veckor och på två platser i september och i oktober. Vinnarna utses under mässan i Düsseldorf januari 2017.
